How to transport UF6 and nuclear fuel?

I don't see any trucks for it, but there is a new container symbol on the factory menu... but how do I use this? Apparently when I click on it, something gets bought, but what then?

Use an open haul. These resources are automatically loaded into containers that are treated as vehicles once there is enough to fill a container. Tell the truck to "wait for full load" and choose "vehicle" from the list.

Yes. Build a cargo station and connect it to the nuclear fuel production plant OR build a vehicle storage area and connect it to the production area and send the train to it. Use trucks to transfer containers.
