As argent pointed out, the screenshot looks like you’re using the smallest available transmission lines. Your throughput will always be limited by the size of the lines you use. As a test, try replacing all your existing medium voltage lines with the largest available medium voltage lines, and see if that fixes your problem.
But looking at the screenshots one more time there really is no issue. If there is lack of power kV/V value would drop. If it is at max. it is ok. Wattage is more like currently used/max. capacity of the node. Stop importing and check if everything is powered up - if voltage remains at max. there is no problem you are simply do not need that much power.

i have moused over the wire lines i am using i have tried going from high lines voltage to a high voltage switch, i did high votlage lines straight to the power transformer, and i have down just low voltage to a going to power up my power hubs. even when i had 2 seperate power plants both full of coal and workers i still could not get more than 2-3 mw of power at the high voltage switchs that they were both hooked up too. which made me try a mod that gave me this power plant which is suppose to give 4x the power of a normal one and it like my power if vanishing into thin air.
