Road construction

I try to build a gravel road. The bulldozer has done its part of the work. How do I get the dumper with gravel to go the construction site of the road?

If buldozer or excavator is done it means road is completed.
All it takes is gravel being dumped on whole road length then excavator or buldozer paving it.

Do you have dumper truck in your construction office?

Yes, and it has gone to get gravel and is sitting there with a load of gravel and a ? on it.

If
1. your office is assigned to the construction site (road in this case)
2. There are workers in the construction site (at least 1)
3. you have all the needed machines (I don't remember the names exactly, I think it is a roller truck and the asphalt -something- truck (?))
and yet the dumper is idle
I would guess it's a bug

Hmmm a "?" on it usually means it cannot find the way to the site. Did you delete any roads or paths?

Question mark means there is no access to destination.

I know what ? means. That was not the issue. It was a mistake to load gravel, it is done by AI if one assign to the gravel, i e point 1 above.
Once that was done it worked. F Y I no workers were needed in this case.
