To developer: Swimming pool in socialism community

Hi, i grew up in China, my parents worked in a state owned petrol company so i grew up in a socialism community, lived in a building like in the game.
I remember we had a large swimming pool in the community, out door swimming pool, only opens in summer. i had a lot of fun.
when i'm older the company reformed and decided the swimming pool run by private contrator. they've abandoned the large out outdoor swimming pool and replace with an expensive indoor swimming pool. obviously swimming pool only opens in summer is not making profit.
Although not profitable, i feel this is the kind of benefit people enjoy from socialism. is it possible you could add a swimming pool in the game? thanks.
