Hi how can i load my build cars on a truck? or i only can load them on train?

Send an appropriately sized open truck to the factory or storage or connected cargo station and have them pick up Vehicles, you can force that by selecting the vehicle in the resource selection part of the scheduling UI for the truck itself.

The thing to beware of: Trucks don't just consider the weight, they also consider the size. If you use articulated trucks [like the Skoda 706], those are usually your best bet for the bigger stuff. For personal cars, just about any truck will work, but bigger ones can hold multiple cars.
