I can't say that I've ever seen it prevent a truck from loading, though. It turns around and comes back from the Customs Office because it passes the 'is it empty?' check, so it should also pass the 'is it empty?' check when it tries to load something else.
A bit strange also that it concerns only asphalt and not for example concrete or gravel.
And apparently it isn't a "is it empty" check when trying to load anything else when the truck is taken out from the Construction Office to be manually assigned for a new load. It simply doesn't want to load anything else (except for asphalt) before getting completely emptied.
I'll try to work on the case and see what can be the problem.
Thanx for the reply Amish! ;)
Definitely work on it, and if you can get it to be reliable send in a copy of your save. This is the kind of stuff that the devs are happy to fix, if they have to find it blind they won't be able to find it...but if someone is able to send them a save with a "watch this" description it'll go out in the next version.
sometimes you can assign the truck to the road depot for a moment to reset it
Did you let it cool down and it is stuck to the inside of the truck now?
