Basically you want that bar low. When it's high it makes the workers want it.
Use radio and tv coupled with electronics to help reduce it.
I wish game's UI made better distinction between satisfaction (food, clothes etc) and "addiction" (alcohol, religion, sport) bars.
Maybe a divider in the UI and different colors?
For those where it's applicable, info on both 'likelihood to seek' and 'satiation' would be great to have. For small buildings like a Pub or Sports Field, it can make the choice between 'do I build one pub or two?' more informed.
