1. Obtain a vehicle that can carry the vehicles you wish to export (e.g. Skoda 706 RTTN or a train with flatcars for exporting cars, or a locomotive by itself for exporting other locomotives and railcars).
2. Assign that vehicle to a dedicated line with instructions to "load vehicles" at the factory/vehicle storage/loading station directly attached to factory or storage and "unload vehicles" at a customs house (or beyond-borders stop if using ships to export).
If you're trying to export ships and aircraft, assign the ships and aircraft you're trying to sell to a line which has one stop (the beyond-borders stop for whoever you want to sell them to) and send them on their way.
Note that vehicles you produce for export should never be sent to a depot or other workplace as doing so will cause them to lose a significant amount of their value.
I believe that works for planes as well. Locos and street vehicles need to be transported.
The production and sale of Western equipment for rubles is very profitable, even if all the materials are imported.
The container harbor has its own storage for this and a rail connection, or you can unload into a space for vehicles that is connected to the harbor (thus letting you use small/medium cargo harbors).
