Siren sfx! I mod it and it works, BUT!!

The game is good and I already addicted to it.
But it's really annoying when emergency vehicles doesn't have any siren.
so I modify it and add siren soundfx to 1 vehicle (firetruck_skd_706rt to be exact)

here's my method:
* I modify engine_truck3.wav and add sirenfx and save it as fire_engine1.wav

* then I add line from sound/script.ini, so the script will read my fire_engine1.wav

$EVENT3D fire_engine1
DISTANCE_HEAR 1000
VOLUME 0.5
VARIATIONS 1
CAPACITY_PER_VARIATION 35
sounds/wav/fire_engine1.wav

* then at sound/car_truck3.ini I edit this line

from
$TEXT sound_engine engine_truck3
to
$TEXT sound_engine fire_engine1

then save it as car_truck4.ini so it won't affect other vehicles sound

* then finally at vehicles\firetruck_skd_706rt/script.ini, I changed the line

from
$SOUND_PARAMS sounds/car_truck3.ini
to
$SOUND_PARAMS sounds/car_truck4.ini

so the vehicle script can read my new .ini..

It all goes well, I put a fire on building then the truck will come out with the siren sfx. BUT!!!
The siren sfx goes up and down in terms of pitch and volume, it change because of the speed.

I try to edit sounds/car1.ini because that is the source of pitch and volume, it changed but not as I expect.. I'm trying to stabilize the pitch and volume but no luck since I can't understand some language in it, and it has add and multiply in it.

Is there anyone who all ready try that and fix? and hopefully the devs will add a siren sfx in future update.

The file "car1.ini" contain something like this:

nice, I didn't know there was an "all clear" sinren too, makes sense since if the siren was targeted then people would have just exited the shelter and, well, not a nice scenario
