Max train wagons
Is there any max limit to add wagons to a train???

Yes, there is. But as length of wagons and engines differ there are several possible combination but it is limited to maximal allowed length. The train depot does not allow you to exceed that length for single train.

You should get 6 flatcars or 6 of the 120 ton oil tankers on a TEP70 for example, but if you've got a longer or shorter loco then it may take 1 more I suppose. A bigger loco will take less. My TE7 will only take 5 flatcars for example whereas a big loco like the 2te2116 will take 10 hoppers I think but they're quite short wagons. Some of my TEP70s carry 3 flats and 4 boxes... The M62 will carry the same too. Like forzion says, the depot won't let you cram more on than the limit.

yup :) allways design based on that distance.

You also need to be careful that the length of your trains don't start to block junctions etc, particularly if you run single track design with passing places. Your passing place needs to be longer than your longest train using that line.
