Mod Compatibility with Campaign/DLC missions?

Wrapping up Clans and feel the itch for some more, so looking to jump back into Mercs and check out the couple DLCs that have dropped since I last played, and also finally finish the campaign. Previously I'd always gotten side-quest-itis or just gone straight into modded Career play.

So basically title, specifically for the big stuff like YAML/Coyote/etc. Will they work if I want to actually do the campaign finally, or should I stick with Vanilla to check that box off?

Sure, YAML will probably be the only mod that you can take for the campaign.

Most things should work fine. Coyote's Missions can be kinda buggy in Campaign, but really just Exploration/Aerospace fighter quests, ignore them if you find them.

Honestly, I'd say to just ignore all the time-gated DLC questlines and rush all the campaign quests, with only some grinding in-between to upgrade your lances

If I remember correctly, Coyote's doesn't work well with campaign because they modify / use some of the mission templates. So best not to use it when you're playing campaign.

Correct Coyotes - does NOT play nicely with campaign (Personally had some issues with it in Career too. I have uninstalled and I had to clear appdata)

TBH I'll probably just try to blitz the campaign on Vanilla and then just go back to modded career (I have said this before, but this time it will be different)

Pretty much everything is fine. There's even a mod to fix up the minor issues with coyotes in campaign now
