One final DLC was rumored to happen, but now everything regarding this particular game is uncertain in anticipation of MW5: Clans.

i hope in any future mech warrior games or dlc that we can actually walk around on space stations/jump ships and interact with people eg: picking up off the "books" jobs or hearing about rumors of lostech caches etc etc

As all of the DLCs are on sale right now.
Are DLC5 & 6 their price tags? I've read that 5 has very little content (1 campaign and 1 chassis) and DLC6 has a lot of bugs regarding AI in arena matches and overall not being very polished.

They ARE somewhat overpriced compared to what previous DLCs offer in terms of content. Solaris' price might be slightly justified, but Dragon's Gambit is one of the worst content-wise.

I think there was a financial report some months ago for EG7 that showed there to be a mention or budget line for another DLC for Mercs that was supposedly slated for late 2024, roughly after the Clans release. I can't seem to find the report now though, only references to the Clans game.

Given the latest reports I can find only show references the Clans game, it's possible they scrubbed the next Mercs DLC to only focus on Clans content going forward. Which is unfortunate, but makes some business sense I guess.

Assuming that DLC is still on the books, one can only hope it brings the time line up to the point of the invasion, given it's likely to be after the Clans release.

In a recent interview with Russ (head of PGI) on the NGNG podcast - he explicitly stated that they were working on another DLC, however shelved it to get the entire team to focus on MW5 Clans for release. If they go back to finish this DLC off is definitely "maybe". He'd like to but just doesn't know. It would be next year at the absolute earliest, assuming they even do it.

HL3 will come out and it will be amazing. trust. the delays are just because every time someone mentions HL3 it gets delayed 1 week.
