Thanks. I have looked everywhere and cant find any info because the enemy marker may have a different name.

2 colours is another team, red for enemy then their team colour. Could be an arena battle or rival mercs or someone hacking your game lol.
Probably an arena rival, they have as many colour variations as there are teams (up to 10 I think?) Bottom half red top half another colour.
