Some little help needed (?console menu?)

Greetings.
I accidentally (don't know how) opened some strange technical menu at the top of the game screen and don't know how to close it. Yes, it says to press the tilde key to close, but for some reason that didn't work.
Naturally, I can close this menu simply by restarting the game or reloading the last save, but I'm asking a question more in order to know what to do if this menu is opened again (I don't know what I tap for this).
At the same time, taking this opportunity, if someone knows, tell us what it is, if it doesn't make it difficult.

UPD 17.02.2023:
OK. I found exactly how this menu opened. I don’t know for what reason, but this is a combination of Shift + ' (the key next to Enter), but it opens only during the mission and nowhere else, although earlier it opened in my Leopard main menu.

The apostrophe key for the menu is the one left of 1 and above tab on a qwerty keyboard. If you use an azerty keyboard then it strangely work with the 4 key. Since the 4 key is bound to group 4 you might have pressed it and accidentally open the console menu with it.

Depend of your keyboard, really. Me personally, it give out a / or a \ with a shift... But it still work with most game.

Nope. Just a tilde or apostrophe doesn't work. ._.
I definitely pressed some keyboard shortcut when I opened the steam or discord overlay.

Propably wasn't even from the game. Maybe you opened Ansel or some other crap/overlay.
Maybe a mod debug menu. Who knows..

There was some kind of menu that was controlled through the Numpad. The "-" key was responsible for switching lines with the choice of parameters, and the numbers for switching the parameters themselves.
Unless, I forgot what exactly was there, because I just decided to remove it so as not to break anything. :D
