Mod Load Order Tool that lets you combine Workshop and Nexus Mods

I'm using MW5 LoadOrderManager II right now and it's not seeing the workshop mods I have installed. I also have a large number of Nexus Mods that I want to put into the same load order manager. Are there any managers that do this? Does LoadOrderManager II do this?

Update: I figured out that yes you can combine them. I made a modlist here, at the bottom not shown are Advanced Career Start, XenoPax Optimize 2.99a, and MW5 Compatibility Pack, so these will load last and overwrite everything prior if I'm understanding right. This is most of the list, with those last 3 being below this. I'm not great at modding and I'm new to the game so I want to get this modlist right before I start a game (it may not crash but if the order isn't right, some mods may not load and I may not notice it and be missing out). What does it do that this tool doesn't do as well? Also could you take a look at that load order and tell me if it makes sense? I'd rather not spend 2 more hours fiddling with this lol, thanks

Sorry for necroing but how does it sorts it for me? I have three possible choices for load order. Instructions for LOTS doesnt mention anything about it doing it
