No, for immersion you don't want that. Think of it like a flight sim. Imagine if headset movements moved the yoke!

I use headset to look around the cockpit and out of the windows. I have a twin throttle. One stick for throttle, the other for leg movement. I also use mouse for aim shoot. You can use joystick for aim, but I'm hopeless with that.

I wish I could use my rudder pedals to turn legs though. That would see most intuitive, but no option seems to exist.

Playing in 3d is great too.

I got the pedals to move legs with my t.16000m set. Boy is it hard to aim and control though! Pedals are very sensitive. I am starting to get used to it, but honestly I may go back to mouse and keyboard. The support is not the greatest in this game.

I have a HP Reverb, but I have not tried this game in VR. I saw there was a mod for it, and I guess it works good? I'll have to try it later.

BRO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IKR !!!!!!!!!!! This is amazing in VR. I cant stop playing it now. OMG this is every Battletech fans dream come true. To be inside the Battle Mechs. Like a true Mechwarrior!! I use it with Voice attack. To control some of the Mechs functions. I also got 52 mods working with it . It all works in VR. Including the clan invasion mod, and the YAML series. YES!!! the clan mechs also work in VR ! I have logged 30+ hours in it. Just this week alone LOL. Thank goodness the awesome VR mod author , only made the missions in vr. I would hate to spend the menu time in VR too. Needless eye fatigue! Believe me I hear your happiness and raise you an Atlas sized hooray !

This was meant to be in VR! I use a keyboard and mouse, but i just use wasd, tab and spacebar. The rest is all voice activated with voice attack. I even added in Betty sound effects when i use the Voice attack commands.Really feels like i am there. Wish the actual game was a little better optimized, but cant have everything i guess lol. Have a great time friend . I know I will :)

P.s.s. Do need STRONG VR legs for this. Which thank godness I do. The melee never bothered me, but I read a lot of comments saying that it makes people motion sick. Thankfully never had any problems like that in VR......Guess I was born to be a true Mechwarrior. I imagine the hate , if any. Comes from little girls who get motion sick hahahahahaha. Stay home let the big boys tame the Innersphere for you !

Sorted! For anyone else struggling: don't label it as rudder in the Out(in)put. Label it as a joystick axis.
