anyway,

• chain fire will fire all the weapons in a group, in sequence. you can stop the sequence by releasing the fire group key at any time.
  
• heat override will allow you to keep your mech running even when it reaches the 'emergency shutdown' threshold. this is dangerous because you might spontaneously detonate at any time. it will self damage until you explode.
  
• arm lock prevents the arms from aiming independantly of the torso twist. use this to prevent wasting ammo or heat when you forget if you put a weapon on a torso or an arm.
  
• toggle arm lock - lock or unlock arms at any time, see above.
  
• switch mech lets you pilot a mech that one of your AI is using, and an ai will take over your mech instead.

Hammer what advice you're giving won't matter, this OP is nothing but a bot who's been banned before all the way back in January of this year, guess the ban wore off but judging by the fact that their spamming the same questions just like last time the bot being unbanned won't exactly be long.
