Mechs that would be nice to see with the Clan DLC

Well with the clan DLC which seems to be a green light. I would love to see some of the innersphere mechs that are made because of the clans including the experiemental Rakshasa. In OG MW2 you couldn't get it unless it was in instant action. Thus making it just a bonus mech for the game to have more mechs in it along with comparitive makes between innersphere and clan...

Though will say the Thunderbolt seems like a 5 tons lighter thor.

And yes add to this what mechs you migh tlike to see that are post clan wars. Surprised to not see many custom mechs made... Though can understand that it would be very hard to make them.

assuming they ever actually release a clan DLC, as opposed to the unsubtle foreshadowing in the campaign of their existence, we would only get chassis' that exist in MWO

That should have been obvious from you naming the 3055 Rakshasa.

That said, yes, I would like the Rakshasa as well as the other prominent 'copymechs' the Avatar and Thanatos. Sunder, Hellspawn and Hauptmann for the IS, Argus might be nice as well, definitely the Blood Asp for the Clans, Canis, Turkina and the various 'bear' mechs as well.

The actual Clan Invasion is only ~2.5 years long, which at the clip the game moves isn't very long at all. It'd have to be a VERY reasonably priced DLC to be just that when one considers that most models will probably just be ported.

And why am I not surprised that you like the Bushwacker ?

yay someone mentioned the 3 mechs i missed the most, that 90 ton Madcat mk2 was my favorite for the longest time and i love me some Daishi.

Basically I prefer non-humanoid mechs, and Bushwacker is probably the most non-humanoid a mech can get.

I live in Asia Pacific, where the BT franchise is a lot less popular. The Japanese Gundam series is more well-renowned. And as a guy living here, the value of western mechs, to me, is exactly the emphasis as a shooting platform and the non-humanoid nature. If I want melee and humanoid I'd simply go for Gundam.
