Report a translation problem
* In the Nvidia Control Panel's 3D Settings, for DOOM Eternal, make sure to set the "Power management mode" option to "Prefer maximum performance". And check whether the various "Vulkan/OpenGL present method" settings make any difference.
* Disable all overlays (Steam, GeForce Experience, RTSS, etc).
* Disable all unnecessary background applications, especially tools related to RGB and mouse/keyboard peripherals.
* Set the game's "Texture Pool Size" low enough so that you have a VRAM headroom of about 20-30% (then restart the game).
* Disable resolution scaling.
Try to enable vertical sync in the game, and by the way, make sure that in the Nvidia driver, vertical sync is enabled only by the *Game settings*, and not forcibly disabled through Nvidia
1. Shader cache is corrupted. try disabling in both steam and your gpu.
2. Textures are set too high.
3. Driver is corrupted. try fresh reset install of driver.
4. Kernel level driver is conflicting, disable or uninstall all non system services.
5. OS is corrupted. wipe and start fresh.
