UN Cultist Base glitch

seasoned player, I can replay these first few levels with ease but honestly I just don't want to but i fear i might have to.

After the famous run killer the Blood pit in the middle of the cultist base, I waited for my fuel to refill before the lift went back up, so i waited in the middle ready to get the next fuel pip sat on the upper shelf of that little mid section, when i jumped to get to the fuel pip and the lift went up without me, leaving me under the lift in the little cage in the middle, does anyone know if theres a way out of this without having to reset the run?

♥♥♥♥ it, I've just had to kill myself, couldn't figure a way out, sad to have to end the run right before the SSG and after the hardest part but it is what it is, if anyone knows a fix for this it would still be helpful for anyone else who may run into this issue.

I think a situation like this warrants the alt f4 solution, I wouldn't consider it cheating. That way you only lose the level progress.

I should have been more patient XD waiting for you would have saved me some time, thank you! I'll keep this in mind for the future, I've run UN so many times i didn't even know this was an option XD
