Locked out of a challenge on Super Gore Nest

I want to complete all challenges and collect all collectibles for my own enjoyment, I have every item and challenge completed on all levels before the point of no return, except Super Gore Nest, where I am unable to achieve the "Complete all Secret Encounters". I have completed them, as when I replay the mission, they are gone.

Is there anyway I can reset the mission or get around the glitch? Apart from the battery I would get, it really bums me out seeing 2/3 on one single mission out of the entire campaign thus far.

Unfortunately you can only reset missions before finishing them.

I just got this challenge, and I did not do it in one run. So I'd say its a bug. Did you complete the secret fight that requires a key? I assume so, but if not, that might be your issue.
