I managed to fix it, today, and now it's flawless. What I did was:
- Thoroughly reinstall my GPU driver by using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) (booting to Safe Mode to run it; [full tutorial here](https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/How-use-Display-Driver-Uninstaller-DDU-Guide-Tutorial)) to uninstall and scrub everything from the previous driver including Nvidia App (or Geforce Experience) and then downloading the latest drivers from Nvidia's website and installing said driver (version 566.36, as of now, and nothing else; no Nvidia App) and rebooting once again.
Other things you may also try, if that somehow doesn't work are:
- Doing the opposite and downgrading the gpu driver's version to an older one (e.g. 546.33 or 552.44, for example [Game keeps freezing when I load the game :: DOOM Eternal Discussões gerais](https://steamcommunity.com/app/782330/discussions/0/4354499321008540081/))
- Opening the in-game console (by pressing tilde/~ or the "\ |" key, whichever is below the ESC on your keyboard, it varies with region layouts) and entering "logFile 2" to enable dumping of errors and warnings a .log file at `%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\id Software\DOOMEternal\base` ([Reddit - Doom Eternal crashing on level load](https://www.reddit.com/r/Doom/comments/fmzx6e/comment/fl81lkp/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button)).
- Adding the game executable `DOOMEternalx64vk.exe` to the exclusion files of your antivirus to make sure it leaves it alone and isn't blocking the game from fully operating.
- Turning "Present from Compute: OFF" which apparently doesn't play nicely with some graphics cards like the Pascal GTX 10 series ([Doom eternal - present from compute ? : r/Doom](https://www.reddit.com/r/Doom/comments/11vftgm/doom_eternal_present_from_compute/))
- Verifying game files integrity (in whichever launcher, Steam or Xbox App)
- Lowering game settings (to High/Medium/whatever) from what you have, right now, since some speculate that there may be occurring an overflow on the RAM or VRAM, when the game tries to reload
- If you have the game in a different drive than your OS (e.g. C:\ vs D:\) you may try to copy your `...\Saved Games\id Software\...` folder from one drive to the other and see if it helps(https://www.reddit.com/r/Doom/comments/fmzx6e/comment/fnqvz0d/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button)
PS: Other than that my settings are all on Ultra (except **Anisotropic Filtering/Texture Filtering Quality** which is at max Ultra Nightmare), resolution 1080p, and even the option enabled "Present from Compute: ON" (with no problem). I did notice that by reinstalling the driver it turned off DSR ([How to enable Dynamic Super Resolution in games. | NVIDIA](https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3587/~/how-to-enable-dynamic-super-resolution-in-games.)) and therefore some above native resolution options I had enabled to be selectable. Don't know if that affects anything.
