deluexe edition - Does this include all dlc

Just wanting to check does the Deluxe edition include all dlc, i dont think it does?

It does not include the cosmetic packs that are available on the store page, but that's all stuff you can get for free by playing the game anyway. Just takes a while, because you get them through events that cycle periodically.
