Atrocious graphics

What happened to Doom Eternal graphics vs Doom 2016? its like Doom Eternal was released back in 1990s but with higher resolution and more resource utilization. Doom 2016 has way better visuals.

Is there a mode that overhauls this?

"Atrocious graphics" is just a ridiculous take. If you are moving slow enough to be complaining about the graphics then I think you have more of an issue in gameplay then visual.

I cannot remember where, but someone had made it look more dark and gritty like Doom 2016 by messing around with the visual settings. I didn't do it as I like the bright colors in this finding it more practical when playing fast. It might have been one of the Facebook groups
