Also, you can be sure, that The Dark Ages won't require a 50 series card, the 4060 will be more than enough.
And it doesn't really. Unless you want raytracing, 10 series cards are enough. A 1060 is enough for 1080 p high settings. A 1070 should be enough for 1440p. This game isn't very demanding for how good it looks. And I'm pretty sure, The Dark Ages, while certainly more demanding than Eternal will be relatively easy on the Hardware too.
The only thing that could be a problem with the 4060 are the 8 gigs of VRAM. Just lowering textures a bit will solve that. You'll be fine.
