Doom eternal won't stop crashing, even with high fps and low gpu usage
Doom eternal has been crashing a lot more recently. I've got the latest Nvidia drivers and the latest windows update.

Sometimes I can play for hours without a crash and sometimes it crashes almost instantly upon enetring a level. It's less of a crash and more of a permanent freeze sort of thing.

As stated earlier I have 400+ fps without v-sync, and my gpu usage is at 50-60% when the game is running.

Specs:
Nvidia RTX 4060-ti 8bg
Intel i7 12700kf
32gb RAM

I have searched the web for HOURS trying to find a fix but nothing works. I have disables shader pre-cashing on steam, disabled all overlays, turd up and down "texture pool size, reinstalled the game and verified the integrity of the game files. Nothing works, even a little bit.

I love this game and I want to keep playing it but how do people put up with these performance issues?

If anyone has enything that might work, I'd love to hear it, Thanks!

It crashed for years on my machine, yesterday i tried experiment, turn off FreeSync completely (in Windows 10).

Unusualy stable, so far zero crash. Im not sure if devs finaly fixed that or I blindly found a solution.
I don't have Freesync. I turned off Ray tracing and it lasted a bit longer.
Just updated Nvidia drivers and still crashing. This sucks
Just reinstalled the game. Still crashes after about 2 minutes of play. I'm guessing it's a Nvidia driver issue.
So I installed this on my older computer and it is working fine. Weird.
