Odd FPS cap bug

I decided to replay Eternal and i noticed for some reason it is capped at 75fps i cant find much info on google about it, I turned vsync off in game and in Radeon setting but it is still capped at 75 my monitor is 144hz and all other games work fine, Has Anyone else encountered this issue? I also changed every setting in the graphics options just to see if something would fix it but it did nothing

My specs are:

Ryzen 7 5800x
7900 XTX
32gb ram

It's not some ATI control panel trying to do a 2-frame v-sync? You're not that far off 72fps, which is half of your frame rate.

Yes it sounds like a "VSync = Half Refresh Rate" option is enabled to me.

You're the GOAT my friend, i was having the same issue, factory reset from adrenalin and boom, uncap fps!

PS: I was also having the same problem in Wolfenstein NC, fixed now!

Probably a bug that some experienced during various Driver Updates along the way.

I rarely would ever see that kind of issue, if that is the root cause of such a bug since I usually DDU wipe GPU Drivers each time I want to test a different version. I don't play that "update my drivers" BS game.
