Won't let me play the campaign???

When I try to play the campaign it takes me to steam like I don't own it. I bought the standard edition but for some reason it says I can play God's 1 and 2? So confusing.

What exactly am I looking for? In my purchase history it says:

DOOM Eternal 11 minutes of playtime
DOOM Eternal Year One Pass DLC
Doom Eternal - The Ancient Gods - Part One Cosmic DLC

Buy DOOM Eternal Standard Edition

... but when I try to play single player campaign it acts like I haven't purchased it. There is a cart next to the button.

it looks like you only bought the year one pass which only has the dlcs.

you need the deluxe to get everything. you can refund and buy the deluxe.

Requested a refund. Talk about false advertising... they said the standard edition includes DOOM Eternal Single Player Campaign.

you must've just purchased the wrong edition by accident. the standard edition does come with the single player campaign.

I didn't mess up since my account history shows plain as day I purchased the standard edition, here is a copy of that text:

... It says plain as day that "Single Player Campaign". It's also showing I own God's two even though I didn't purchase it. It's obvious that Steam has messed up and somehow switched the DOOM purchases in their databases. What an amateur mistake. Wish steam had support so I could get them to fix their mistakes.

year one pass is dlcs only, it doesn't have the main campaign.

also, there literally is steam support, not sure what you're talking about. if you click "help" in the top left of steam you can click on steam support to get help with your purchases.

I also got screwed. When I bought it, it was very clear that I was buying the base game and not just DLC. I asked for a refund, this is unacceptable.
