I need at least 2 people to do the battlemode challenges quickly, I hate to wait 5 minutes for a match to get in a fight with bad ping and really experienced players

If you really wanna farm xp: an easier way is (if you have the second DLC) is to do the Dark Lord boss fight. You can beat it in maybe 15 minutes with practice(~5 if you're really good), and you get 20,000 xp.

Just playing the game and doing the single player challenges each week will be enough. There is absolutely no reason to grind.

alright, thanks, one more question, does difficulty change the xp earned? im kinda new to the mechanics and find my sweetspot on ultraviolence, but if playing on nightmare is worth it, i'll try it

No, xp is the same. Stay on UV if that's the difficulty for you, up it to NM when you feel ready. There are no external reasons to do that, just what's better for you.

difficulty doesn't affect xp but sometimes there are weekly challenge that require you to finish a mission on uv or nightmare
