Why do Maykr Drones work with demons and how can Samur Maykr summon demons and spirits?
I understand the Blood Maykr. It's the Maykr version of a demon, a Maykr all demonified. But why do Maykr Drones and demons fight together? How can Samur summon spirits and have a barrier due to the pressence of spirits?

Perhaps finishing the transfiguration process and becoming a Cthulhu monster let Hayden summon demons.

The Codex decribes the Seraphims, as a race, as the ultimate engineers of life, adept at manipulating life and death, resurrection, and the energies of the soul, so it seems only natural that they can exert a great deal of control over spirits, and (possibly) other life forms.
Regarding the Maykr drones, when the Slayer ruins the ritual stabbing the heart of the Icon of Sin, the cutscene clearly shows Maykr angels and drones beeing hit by a weave of hellish energy released by the icon's wrath. The angels, being stronger, apparently manage to escape (but are nonetheless infected and later turn into blood Maykr), but the weaker drones act as if short-circuited, and are probably instantly corrupted, with the exception of the ones in the boss fight: the Kahn Maykr is basically a goddes, so she was likely able to reassert her control over a limited number of drones

Makes sense, thank you.

well the Makyr Drones obey the Khan Makyr and the Khan Makyr sided with the demons so the Makyrs could get their immortality back

if you read the codex entry for the maykr drones, they were corrupted during the icon of sin ritual
