The Ancient Gods music sucks?

Is it just me or the music for the DLC was bad? They should've at least used the original combat tracks some, too.

the best was samur fight when you get to the cacodemons and UAC atlantica facility had the best tracks.

TAG2 i like world spear it was good

other then that nothing to special about the tracks def rushed within the time span they gave them its not shocking really.
Eternal has some great tracks but 2016 had something about its music that eternal did not carry over with it. Oh well gameplay makes up for it.

hey to each his own i play half life 2 with no sound effect volumes because i hate the sound of the guns but like the music
But eternal has some damn good moments with the soundtrack ....its a shame oh well

TAG's have pretty decent music in my opinion. Bloodswamps and UAC atlantica are fire, and reclaimed earth is also really really good. My only dissapointment is the underuse of "Trial of Maligog" track by levi, cuz that track is the best in my opinion.

Also - playing without music is a sin.

Honestly I absolutely love the DLC music, its the first time where the game has had some semblance of actual Heavy Metal and not the DJent 1 string "MUH CHAINSAW CREATIVITY" crap that 'Daddy' Mick Gordon crapped out and didn't bother to finish.

Maybe my opinions are too bloody harsh, but I really don't have any opinion on Mick Gordon's music other than he's an overrated shill that got lucky doing the "trendy" fad of the time.

Also fed up with hearing how "Doom just isn't Doom!" without Mick being part of the soundtrack, get the hell out of here you shmucks. :)

NGL though, I feel like the attempt at Quake Champion's menu theme is better than Doom Eternal's "new" menu theme. They should've kept the original Eternal Menu theme by Mick.

How can someone enioy games without music? I cant imagine playing DOOM , Halo , Witcher or any game without ingame music,, except multiplayer games. It makes everything so much better and more immersive. Its like watching a movie, without sound

The mixing in game doesn't do justice to the dlc music but Andrew and David have made songs that are on the same level as 'the only thing they fear is you'
