Stuck at Novik's Throne room.
I was doing a blind playthrough on Nightmare and died in the room with electric floor right after the scene with King Novik.

However, the door would not open, not even after trying to die by jumping into the pit, reloading checkpoint, exit to menu and resume, quitting to windows and resuming, and finally just waiting.

Is there a fix or do I need to start the game over?

Must be a super rare bug. Never experienced it in a bazillion playthroughs.

Yes this is random for any level. Sometimes a baddie will fall off the map, but the game thinks it's still in play. You have to restart the level, which isn't so bad bc hell mode is actually way fun.
