Zombie Slayer skin is possible to get?

[EN]: Having searched the entire Internet, I still have not found an answer to this question. Only information that this skin is no longer given out upon registration. The most I found on reddit was a link, but when I clicked on it, it gave me "502 service not unavailable" and nothing else. Are there any other ways to get it? Or is this all R.I.P. Zombie Slayer?
[RU]: Обыскав весь интернет я так и не нашел ответ на этот вопрос. Только информацию о том, что при регистрации больше не выдают этот скин. None of the slayers club skins are available anymore. I have zombie slayer, zombie manc, the marauder one, and kaiju archvile, but anything past that you really had to grind to get before they changed slayers club.

I did write to them and they said the skins were no longer available... wtf
