Is this game moddable? To mod it back to something like doom 2/3?

Just curious if this game has any mods to bring it back to an earlier game design that's less frantic and for lack of a better term ADHD.

I see its on sale but this frantic jumping all over the place, strafing just isn't my jam.

It is moddable. Maybe try the Kaiser Campaign mod for something less stressful.
