iGPU likely isnt supported, which i would think it should be

OR, the amount of available VRAM isnt high enough, you should be able to enter the BIOS and increase the amount.

The problem with that is you only have 8GB RAM, you would need to upgrade to 16GB so you can have more available RAM for gaming while also allowing the iGPU to have access to more VRAM

So its sounding more like a lack of RAM/VRAM than that iGPU not being supported.

You should close any programs/processes that you dont need while gaming to save as much RAM as you can, that may or may not also help.

i had the same problem with my r3 3200g, i solved it by launching the game with "-safe" and low resolution parameters and then inside game i lowed all graphics and changed my settings there, and that solved my problem (srry if my english is bad)

If its pagefile related then he'll also have to make sure he also has enough free space available on his drive.

But setting a custom Min/Max of 8192MB pagefile is typically the best thing to do to avoid issues.
