Render modes are just fun filters that change the way the game looks, eg, retro handheld makes the game look like the OG gameboy.
I hope that other will follow and point out the rest.
Turn vertical Sync off.
Render modes are personal preference, I like cinematic.
Resolution Scaling Mode depends on your pc, if you want (or need) consistent and high frames then turn it to dynamic.
Why turning vertical sync off?
Just using fps limitation instead?
