Classic WADs?

There are doom.wad and doom2.wad in the steamapps\common\DOOMEternal\base\classicwads

Are these original doom wads that can be used with doom source ports?

They aren't the exact same as the originals (particularly in the DOOM2.WAD which features censored versions of the Wolfenstein 3D levels), but they can indeed be played with most source ports.

IIRC the only difference other than the censored levels are just the medikits having their Red Cross icon replaced with a medical capsule (because the Red Cross Foundation gets real ♥♥♥♥♥♥ at their logo being used without permission)
