There is a bug in 'nekravol part II'.
Exited the game earlier only to reload it now and find that when the player jumps on the machine / device with blue flames around the base of it, this machine no longer rises automatically to carry the player up to the next stage of this level. Has anyone else experienced this bug?

Never experienced it myself, but I've heard of the elevator softlock.

Either reset the mission, or use the Meathook tools[wiki.eternalmods.com] noclip functionality, or try pulling of one of the speedrunner skips like this one:

Found no solution; restarted the entire level. This cleared the obvious bug
