Not a problem with your system, no, the game is just littered with sticky walls. They're kinda annoying.
But I remember now another one: sometimes, when click TAB to see the map or other stuff, then quit, and go back to the game, I keep hearing the annoying sound of when you switch the view while looking at the map. Then I have to go back to the map, by pressing TAB, and rotate the map again to make that go away.
Excuse me? I would wager that you simply don't have enough hours in the game yet, and thus didn't stumble over as many bugs.

I hope I don't have to go and reproduce all the other stuff just to prove my "credibility".
Except for the Spirit, all enemies are vulnerable to all weapons (not counting the chainsaw). Technically the Marauder is invulnerable to the Crucible, as it only works on him when he's in glory kill state, but let's not be picky here.
Other than that there are only resistances, some enemies are more/less resistant to specific weapons, ie the take more or less damage from them, but that's unrelated. The precision bolt invulnerability is a bug, and it presents differently for Shield Solders, who will take no damage at all (from direct hits when they don't have their shields out yet), and the Marauder who will take damage, but won't falter, despite taking the required amount of damage for a falter.
Precision bolt is (meant to be) a guaranteed falter, so lots of people use it on him, most prominently in so called SLOBs.

All the bugs I've mentioned are present in the latest patch. Many of them are known for a long time already.
Anyways, if you're looking for new content, then you need to look into mods. If you're looking for a ball busting challenge, then I'd highly recommend the Kaiser Campaign.

EDIT: Here's a rare one I just experienced, and only have once before - After I killed a possessed Arachnotron, before I could fry the spirit something happened that launched me really high, and I mean REALLY high. The first mountain arena on World Spear went from full size to about the size of a golf ball on my monitor lol. Took me about fifteen seconds to hit the ground.
Takes a BFG shot across the arena to clear it.
1. Melee hit registration problems, usually pertaining to gore and ragdolls will constantly grief anybody who likes using blood punch. Thankfully, these issues are heavily mitigated with a couple console commands and a mod or two.
2. Sticky geometry (as OP mentioned) eating your dashes and movement if you get close. However, this is not FPS-related like OP thinks. Completely fixable with a single console command.
3. The game uses a global critical hit detection system...which makes sticky bomb behavior very...interesting.
4. Encounter-related softlocks on various levels. Namely, two common softlocks on Immora that were never fixed and require a mod to get rid of. Another very frequent softlock on Cultist Base Master Level, also requires a mod to fix. I've also heard many repeated tales of softlocks on World Spear related to the dogs and other particular encounters.
Let's also talk about Vanilla Battlemode - which has a plethora of unsolved critical bugs to this day including:
1. Lootblock frequently not working when used while an AI is dying (and before it has spawned it's loot). In modded multiplayer this can be heavily mitigated.
2. Remember being unable to chainsaw traversing demons? Yeah, that was never fixed in Battlemode. Instead, Battlemode got an unfinished solution that made the problem even worse. Rather than following through and completing the fix, they just disabled your ability to chainsaw traversing demons in multiplayer. Fantastic, isn't it?
3. Slayer third person mantle animations are a mess - the model will constantly clip into geometry making him unhittable. The animation also plays slower than the true speed of the first person mantle, creating a visual disconnect for demon players. The speed-related issue can be fixed in modded multiplayer.
4. Still noticeable visual desync issues, especially pertaining to projectile-based weapons like Arbalest.
Let's also give a shoutout to some bugs that were fixed only after plaguing the game for years:
1. Minimap background audio playing after you left the minimap, and playing permanently until you closed the game. The audio would also stack with repeated opening/closing of the minimap.
2. Loot drops having collision with your weapons. It took them 3 patches to properly fix this.
3. As bad as melee hit detection is now, it was much worse at launch.
