It's time for Denuvo to go(game still have Denuvo)

I hope March 20 is the day Bethesda decide to remove Denuvo from this game, it's 3 years old already
Edit : Is it going to happen?
Edit2 : It's April 20 and it is still there 😭
Edit3 : May 20,nothing happen 😭
Edit4 : June 21, Denuvo still not gone yet.
Edit5 : July 22, another month, and Denuvo is still in the game.

There's no way to spin that as a 'game in good state'. It sold well, initially, but had healthy pre-order extras like """Exclusive""" skins & DOOM64. DOOM:Eternal was rapidly rejected because it's poorly directed.

The handling of both Denuvo Anti-Cheat implementation as well as a current refusal to remove the anti-consumer Denuvo Anti-Tamper -- solidifies that in history.
If paying customers are boycotting a bad business like Denuvo on principle, it's probably best to avoid contracting them further for a service that's provably losing even more money.

It'll still be in a good place as it is right now, but let's continue to pretend that denuvo has any effect on the game, even thought it was already removed as per the player bases request.

It does via machine activation limits which you already knew, but does it matter? Even if it didn't ppl believe it so they boycott it which won't change anytime soon

You had no reason to mention AC, I had no reason to believe you meant AC. What's more likely: that I forgot smth I didn't mention & have lectured other ppl on or that you didn't know & assumed DE only had AC or AT was removed with AC?

Well sure its time for denuvo to go but its also time that someone would actually make a decent Doom game out of the IP and not another Call of Duty butchering that sells well but is just lazy game design.
Maybe Larian Studios needed to buy ID Software.
