Can anyone tell me why is my doom eternal screen zoomed out and is in bad quality even though it worked not to long ago and I have a lot of space on my computer.

First of all, the amount of space on your computer has nothing to do with the game's performance and graphics quality. That's based on the other hardware in your computer like your graphics card and cpu.

Secondly, going into the game's settings. What is the resolution set to? It sounds like it doesn't match your monitor's resolution or maybe has the wrong aspect ratio.
