Can't play campaign

I need some help. Getting a little angry because I finally decided to buy Doom Eternal because of the Christmas sale, chose the year one full package that INCLUDES the whole single player campaign, the ancient gods 1 and 2 and the season pass. My library shows I own the full game, all the dlc is there, I load into the game and when I click on campaign to start playing it forces me out to the steam store. You can kind of understand my frustration especially when certain companies have been dealing in shady sales practices to trick you into making the wrong purchases.

Never mind, I see it's one of those stupid shady practices in play. plan on getting a refund and will probably not buy the game ever because of this. Label your sales better.

I'm genuinely wondering what exactly it is that people misunderstand about the Year One Pass description. Is it maybe that they trip over the difference between a colon and a comma? Like they equate

Includes DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods ...

with

Includes DOOM Eternal, The Ancient Gods ...

and then they think "DOOM Eternal" means "Single Player Campaign"?

That's pretty much what I was thinking when I read it, have a slight dyslexia issue so didn't even see the : in there so in my defense, well..i have no defense lol, I just simply read it wrong.

If you read carefully and compare the editions, it's very clear, but people often don't do that, it seems. They should have worded it better, no doubt about that.

This is the kind of anti-consumer experience the DLC system creates. This is why companies predicated on selling expensive DLC always lose huge swaths of their customer bases.

It hasn´t !

I bought the "Deluxe"-Version and got only the 2 Ancient Gods DLCs, some Deluxe-Content which i can´t see, and ALL others need to buy seperately.

make sure you have all dlcs enabled in game properties and restart steam

All available DLCs of my version are activated but that not all DLCs which are available to buy from the shop are included in the Deluxe-Version.

The same thing just happened to me, the first option should be the campaign, not a fu***ng dlc
