Deluxe edition can’t play campaign

Bought the doom eternal campaign on my steam deck in the autumn sale , downloaded the game (89gb) loaded it up and I had to make a bethesda account and when I load the menu the campaign has a shopping cart next to it the only thing I can play is ancient gods part 2 , battle mode and horde , it says I have the game in my library and I purchased the deluxe edition , anyone know how to get round this ?

I just loaded the game in desktop mode on the steam deck and it shows everything unlocked hahah

Also the game file is 89 gb so it has to be the whole game , it shows on steam library I have the deluxe edition too

Is there anyway to buy the game lol it says I’ve bought it but it tells me to buy it lol

Refund and then buy deluxe. I know you think you already did buy the deluxe but it looks like you bought something else by accident. The install size is no indicator by the way, the game is always installed completely, no matter what you bought.

Well I just un installed it and searched doom eternal on the store and it says doom eternal deluxe edition is in my library 😅😅

Okay, that's very strange and I don't know how that would be possible. Guess steam support is where you have to go now.

no, it says doom eternal is already in your library, it won't specify which on the store page

it says that regardless of what component you buy

So how do I go about buying the campaign if stems thinks I’ve already bought it but all I’ve done is buy a dlc??

you refund whatever you bought and buy deluxe

Ah, I see it's not. Then just refund and then do the thing you mentioned. But I really think you should wait until the refund is confirmed before you redeem.

I got this fixed , what I bought was ancient gods part 2 and steam thought I had the whole game and wouldn’t allow me to buy it , so I went onto my internet browser logged out of steam and searched for doom eternal and added it to my cart , then I was prompted to log in and I was able to purchase it.
