Lmao you can uninstall it by Uninstall/install programs through windows

But if you want to be sure just wipe your HDD/SDD and install a clean windows OS from external drive boot. USB or ISO (CDROM) This is your best bet

Just because it says its been uninstalled will not always be the case behind the curtain...

i have had denuvo installed on my own system and have had no problems with performance but as far as security well thats up for debate if you feel unsafe the best solution is to wipe the drive it is installed on or replace the drive with a new drive with the OS installed on... nothing is gonna beat the security you get from that,

In your "Uninstall Programs" application on Windows look for "Denuvo Anti-Cheat".

Uninstall it.

Verify it's uninstalled by: Press WindowsKey+R -> type services.msc and press enter.

Look for Denuvo Anti-Cheat Updater in the list.

To make sure the driver is uninstalled, open an administrator command prompt and enter the following:

sc delete "Denuvo Anti-Cheat"

If you re-run the game you will be required to reinstall the updater and driver however.
