alright guys, i just found it has issues with multipe gpus, and game launches after disabling integrated gpu, but it is veeery unstable and works on 4-5 fpc which is indeed unplayable. Now I`m having a conversation with Bethesda support which is not going anywhere... The same I had with It Takes Two - but after enabling integrated graphics now it works just fine. So, the issue is about not enumerating multiple gpus. Well, finding the problem is the half of solving it, anyways:TheRooster:

Solved it. Windows was lying about my internal gpus drivers were up to date. I updated it on the official website (well, not exactly - mine is just "AMD Radeon Graphics", so I couldnt find necessary drivers, but I have one utilite called GPU-Z, and it has website that proposed me to download the launcher for my amd gpu - it was alright with viruses and stuff, checked it on multiple antiviruses). So, I installed it - and game launched and perfomance is just perfect.

So the problem with enumerating is really in drivers, and you shouldnt turn internal graphics off (for laptops). As I researched recently, thayre working together and turning off one of them can make other very unstable

go to run box thye type ''devmgmt.msc'' then click on ''display adapters'' then right click on your grafics card teh press disable then start the game then tab out then press enable on your grafics card. Worked for me when everything else failed. (you have to do this every time you want to play DOOM)

Use this method.
Worked for me and I'm using Ryzen 7 5800h acer nitro 5 laptop and found this on a Reddit thread. Worked for me without issue after attempting this one.

Look up for the guy named jojo24792.
