Also, I wouldn't hold out on more content, sadly. But theres enough to keep you entertain for awhile, if you like to replay levels on higher difficulties, complete milestones, 100% achievements, etc.
TAG2 has levels about the same length as TAG1, maybe a little bit shorter overall. The difficulty isn't quite as bad either, and I don't include the hammer when I say that. The encounters themselves are more manageable this time around. It's 3 levels and a dedicated final boss level (that hardly counts though).
If you enjoy the base game, then the two DLC's are worth your time, they are some of the most fun content in the entire game.
No more new content coming unfortunately
Both TaG 1&2 have 3 levels per one DLC, but they are worth playing
