Are there more meatball demons?

Cacos and Pain elementals are meatballs, so it means that there may be more meatballs in hell? Like idk, blue meatball demon or green meatball? There were other cacodemon variants in DooM RPG

His attack is different. He is a different enemy that functions as a new chess piece. What more do you want? By your logic all enemies are the same and everything is a reskin. What the ♥♥♥♥ has to change for you to think its different?
