it worked for me
No I wound up refunding the game I did everything I could think of and there is little to no information.
I ended up lowering the resolution and it seemed to kind of work? It certainly reduced the frequency of the crash, but it occurred again when I increased it from the lowest setting to the 2nd highest. Not an ideal solution. Such a shame.
Update: no dice
Ok so after a ♥♥♥♥ load of trial and error I after redoing windows again, re enabled XMP for my RAM and it crashed a few times till I was prompted by windows defender to allow doom access and boom the game works now.
Redoing windows as in clean boot?
Complete reinstallation, whenever I’m having PC issues it’s generally my go to in order to set the baseline for problems.
