Discord Lags Out When I Try To Play

Bit of an odd phenomenon but when I launch the game while in a Discord voice chat/call it seems to lag the call badly where audio in the call will stutter or completely cut out on both ends.

But the game doesn't lag or stutter at all and continues to play smoothly.

It's only with Doom Eternal, every other game I have doesn't affect Discord. I didn't have this issue before it only seems to be a recent thing (about 3 days in a row including now.)

I checked network on both ends, all is green until I load Doom and Discord treats it like I have severe internet disruptions. (It's fine in Main Menu and Pause Menu, it only takes effect when I'm in gameplay)

Things To Note:
-No programs apart from Discord and Doom Eternal are running.
-Hardware Acceleration (Discord Settings) On/Off doesn't matter, still same issue.
-Reinstalled/Installed both Doom and Discord. Restarted PC.
-Disabled Firewalls/Anti Virus.
-Tried playing on lower graphics settings with Raytracing on/off, no changes.
-Present From Compute (Doom Video Settings) On/Off, no changes.

CPU: Intel Core i9 10920X
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060 Super
RAM: 32GB

So I should try disabling Discord's Game Overlay?
