Do skins transfer between platforms VIA Bethesda accounts?
I recently bought this game on PC and I am planning to move from PS4. Will I have to restart everything and lose my skins? I have about 700 hours on the console version and I would be disappointed if I had to spend that time getting everything back and waiting for re-runs.
